The Division of Hematology and Hematologic Malignancies at the University of Utah and the Huntsman Cancer Institute are seeking to recruit clinical track faculty, rank dependent upon qualifications. The Division currently has 36 full time Faculty members engaged in several subspecialties, who are also engaged in a broad spectrum of clinical, translational and basic research in Hematology. Applicants with interests in all Hematologic subspecialties are invited to apply. Candidate reviews will continue until a successful applicant is identified or the search is closed.

The University of Utah and the Huntsman Cancer Institute, the only NCI-designated Cancer Center in the Intermountain West, provide an excellent research environment. State of the art resources are available on site spanning from world-class transgenic facilities, genome-wide scanning technologies to drug development platforms, pharmacology and toxicology. The scientific environment in the Division and the wider University is vibrant and extremely collaborative. All clinical facilities are in close physical proximity to laboratories in the Huntsman Cancer Institute.

We invite applications from candidates who hold an M.D. or D.O. degree with board certification in Internal Medicine and BC/BE in Hematology; possessing or being eligible for a Utah Medical License; with initiative, curiosity and a dedication to a career in academia.
