Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

Become a vital member of our team as a Network Administrator, dedicated to supporting internal customers and ensuring seamless technology operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Day in the Life – Every day you flex your people skills as you provide superior internal customer service by phone, email, and instant message.  Your ability to think creatively and troubleshoot effectively are essential in resolving technology issues promptly, keeping business running smoothly.  Technical expertise is a must, as you oversee various components of our endpoint, voice, security and cloud architectures, ensuring their smooth functioning and optimization. 

What it Takes:

• Education/Experience: Associates Degree in Computer Technology (MIS, CS, CIS)  or equivalent work experience
• Technical Proficiency: Windows OS, Active Directory, Networking Technologies, Webex platform, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Directory Structure, Windows Desktop Functionality
• Skills and Abilities: communicate effectively (written and verbally), maintain confidentiality, work with speed and accuracy, grasp technical information quickly, multi-task and prioritize based upon department and corporate goals, think strategically, work independently and as a team member.

Bonus Points:    

• Additional Experience: Citrix, Cisco Systems, VMware, MDM
  
• Knowledge of Banking
• Bilingual/Multilingual
