Medical Technologies Teacher 

PAY GRADE:  $58,013.64 - $102,068.12 depending on experience
FLSA: Exempt 
SUPERVISOR: Building Principal and Assistant Principal 
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Days as designated per Negotiated Contract. Works on-site according to the 
Principal’s designated schedule.  

SUMMARY: 
To help students learn academic subject matter and medical-related skills; develop social, behavioral and 
educational skills; to establish effective rapport with students, parents and colleagues; help develop skills, organize, and conduct a comprehensive educational program for high school level students which will contribute to their development as mature, able and responsible individuals. 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  
Possess a bachelor’s degree or higher.  Hold a valid CTE Occupational Specialist Certificate. Preference to those who are certified by the Board of Nursing. Preference to a Registered Nurse with three to five years of experience and at least one to two years of experience caring for the elderly at some time in your career.
